Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for Chicken and Feta:

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the dried oregano, dried thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are browned.
